One of my favorite movie night menus is potluck pizza because it's such a fun, easy, customizable way to feed a couple of people or a whole crowd. Basically, everyone brings a cheese pizza or a pizza crust and some toppings, and then you assemble them together and eat them as they come out of the oven. It's a great little activity to do together that gives you time to chit-chat and catch up before you sit down to watch the film.

Below is a round-up of some of my favorite topping combinations I've discovered with friends over the years. Just follow the cooking directions for the crust, or approximately 13-20 mins @425 until golden brown. I hope you're salivating and inspired!

Soyrizo

top: arugula (tossed in olive oil) and cheddar

middle: caramelized onions and soyrizo

base: plain crust

Meat + Veggie

top: mushroom, black olives, gorgonzola

middle: broccoli (tossed in olive oil + microwaved for 3 mins to par-cook it), pepperoni or prosciutto

base: cheese pizza

Mediterranean

top: feta, balsamic

middle: arugula/kale, kalamata olives, tomatoes

base: plain crust + minced garlic and olive oil
